Planning

Whatever planning application you require then we can help you out. 

Householder, full plans, change of use we have it covered.


If you are unsure of what application, you need then just get in touch with your ideas and we can formulate a plan of action and take it from there. 


We offer a free initial consultation and provide a fixed quote depending on your needs. Once you are happy with the quote and have accepted our terms then from there the next steps would usually be as follows.

  • Carry out a site survey at your convenience
  • Produce existing plans (turnaround 1-2 weeks)
  • Produce proposed plans based on your ideas and to your satisfaction (turnaround 1-2 weeks)
  • Submit plans to the local authority
  • Monitor its progress via their planning page and should the planners require any amendments as things progress then this is all covered under your fixed fee.
  • Should planning be refused for any reason then your fee also covers an amended version which will hopefully satisfy the planners, this should not incur any further planning fees and be known as your 'free go'.
