This Replacement dwelling in Mow Cop was a full plans application for a replacement dwelling. The existing site was a large plot housing a small detached two bed cottage which was no longer fit for purpose.
The client wished to maximise the potential of the site by completely demolishing the existing cottage and replacing it with a modest four-bedroom property complete with fully glazed gables to maximise the incredible views looking out over Mow Cop castle.
The build is currently on-going and will hopefully be complete by Spring 2023.

This was a householder application for single storey side and rear extensions.
The clients wanted to maximise the amazing views to the rear and form a unique space that allowed them to make the most of their garden. The fully glazed rear elevation to the kitchen/family room gives the property the 'wow' factor that it deserves, and the remaining extensions provide a more usable and modern living arrangement.
The build is almost complete, and the clients are over the moon with what has been created.

This was a householder application for a two-storey side extension.
The clients wanted to maximise their detached property which boasted a larger than average corner plot. The build was completed in 2017, and the clients have since extended to the rear using additional plans that we produced for them.

For this property at Eccleshall Road, Stafford, the client wanted to show the full potential of their plot tin order to maximise its value. The property is surrounded by quite large, recently extended properties and was dwarfed by comparison. The idea was to showcase what could be done with the plot to help potential buyers visualise the potential, needless to say what they ended up with was an amazing design that has certainly increased the property's value.

This barn in Rushton Spencer was subject to a change of use application to form a three-bedroom dwelling complete with
out-building. This barn is set in an amazing plot with far reaching views over the countryside. The client wanted to retain the character of the barn with vast open plan vaulted spaces. No new openings were created as stipulated by the planners, so the space was designed around the existing layout.
The build is currently on-going and will hopefully be complete by early 2023.

This project is located within the green belt and so brought with it local planning constraints as to how much we were allowed to extend it by. After a couple of failed schemes which sought to modestly extend the property we were left with planning refusals. Ironically by utilising their permitted development rights the client ended up with a scheme that provided them with a foot-print equating to almost twice of that previously applied for. What they client ended up with is an amazing contemporary property that provides them with a perfect layout for family life.
The development was completed in 2021.
